The men who built it

Men who are in it, not above it.

Most organizations put the founder on a stage and an intern in the comments. We do it the other way.

Every man on this page takes his turn at the Founders' Table — the room where any man in the brotherhood, paying or not, can ask a question and get an answer from the man who built this.

Bryon Jaymes

Bryon Jaymes

Cave Commander & Founder

Bryon is the visionary force behind MMC — a brotherhood built to forge men into the leaders their homes, businesses and communities need.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, husband, father and relentless entrepreneur, Bryon lives by a code: Faith first. Family strong. Freedom always. More than twenty years in sales and marketing, elite teams built and scaled worldwide, multiple companies owned, and seats as president and advisor on boards of publicly traded corporations.

None of that is why he built MMC. He built it because he watched too many capable men hold the line alone until something broke.

What he carriesThe mission itself. Bryon is the man calling men out of mediocrity and into the fight — faith, fitness, family, friends, finances and fight, all six, no exceptions.

Bryan Dulaney

Bryan Dulaney

Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer & Founder

Tony Robbins has called Bryan one of the top 1% of marketers and funnel experts in the world. He and his team have generated more than $500 million in online revenue.

What matters more here: Bryan died and came back, and has spent every year since on what he believes he was left here to do — helping men tell their story, build their work, and leave something behind.

What he carriesHow the mission reaches men, and the Brotherhood Economy. He also teaches The Game of Money with Ryan D. Lee — the 8-week program that sells for $1,000 on its own and is included with membership.

Joe Moffett

Joe Moffett

Chief Operations Officer & Founder

Master's in Performance Psychology. More than 40,000 peak performance coaching calls. Nearly a decade working alongside the Tony Robbins organization. A multi-million dollar real estate portfolio and several businesses of his own.

Joe's work is the gap between knowing and doing — the one every man in here has lived in.

What he carriesThe machine that makes it all actually run, and the Transformation Ecosystem. Joe makes sure a man who walks in changes, rather than just learning more about changing.

Josh Brown

Josh Brown

Chief Technology Officer

Josh spent more than a decade teaching Career and Technical Education before helping entrepreneurs turn what they know into courses, memberships and coaching programs. He understands the distance between explaining something and helping a man actually use it.

His background runs through instructional design, business operations and the systems that connect people to what they need next. Inside MMC, that work becomes the member experience: the platform, the learning and the practical steps that keep a man moving.

The technology matters because the man on the other side of it matters.

What he carriesThe app, the platform, and everything that has to work at six in the morning when a man reaches for his phone before he reaches for anything else.
Troy Dooly

Troy Dooly

Guardian of the Fight · Co-Founder

Known as the Beachside CEO, Troy works where communication, trust and responsibility meet. He advises people and businesses on how to speak clearly, navigate difficult situations and make their purpose visible in the way they operate.

But ask him what matters most and the answer starts at home. He married his high school sweetheart, Paige. Together they raised nine children and are helping raise two granddaughters.

That is the perspective he brings to the Fight: there are people behind a man's decisions, and some things deserve more protection than his reputation.

What he carriesThe Fight. Troy stands watch over the hardest pillar — the one every man is losing somewhere and almost nobody names out loud.

David Hughes

David Hughes

Co-Founder

David builds wealth through real estate, then teaches others how the work gets done. He and his wife, Katie Marie, built a rental property portfolio and founded Simplified Investing to help people understand the decisions behind it.

His work covers finding opportunities, assessing deals, arranging funding and building income from assets. Practical steps, with real properties and real responsibilities attached.

For David, the point reaches beyond the next acquisition. It is the freedom to live with purpose, support a family and build something that can serve the next generation.

What he carriesThe Finances pillar. David brings the practical work of real estate investing into the larger question of what a man is building for his family.
Dustin Hillis

Dustin Hillis

Co-Founder

Dustin learned leadership in commission sales, then carried it into coaching and the executive suite. He co-founded Southwestern Consulting and later led the Southwestern Family of Companies, overseeing businesses and teams across international markets.

He has built coaching programs, developed leaders and written about growing a business beyond the limits of its founder. His experience covers the daily work behind scale: recruiting, training, operations and the systems that keep a team moving.

That is the perspective he brings here. Ambition needs structure, and a leader needs people who can carry responsibility with him.

What he carriesCapacity. Dustin brings experience building teams and systems that help a business grow beyond what one man can do alone.
Benji Alexander

Benji Alexander

Co-Founder

Benji's work starts with the family. A leader in discipleship and missions, he helps families grow in faith, strengthen their relationships and take responsibility for the communities around them.

He and his wife, Alanna, have four children. Marriage, parenting and the next generation are central to the work they lead together.

Inside MMC, Benji brings that same conviction to multiplication: what changes in a man should reach beyond him. It should become visible in his home, in the people he serves and in what the next generation inherits.

What he carriesFamily and legacy. Benji keeps the people a man is building for close to the center of the conversation.

Mentors

Men who've done the thing they're teaching.

Mentors build the training that Shield Bearers get as part of membership — full programs, taught live, by men who've done the thing they're teaching.

Ryan D. Lee

Ryan D. Lee

Mentor — The Game of Money

Ryan's work in personal finance grew out of a hard lesson. A strong income and retirement savings did not protect him from the losses of the 2008 financial crisis. He began looking for a different way to build financial independence.

That search led to the approach he calls the Passive Income Machine and to Wealth Outside Wall Street, where he teaches people about assets, cash flow and taking a more active role in their financial lives.

The purpose is practical: more control over a man's time, and more room for the family and life he is working to support.

What he teachesThe Game of Money, with Bryan Dulaney. Eight weeks, and a man leaves with a written Financial Game Plan with his actual numbers in it. $1,000 on its own, included with Shield Bearer membership.
Rylee Meek

Rylee Meek

Mentor

Rylee is an entrepreneur, author and speaker who has spent more than a decade building businesses and sales organizations. He learned through selling, making mistakes, adjusting and turning what worked into systems other people could use.

His faith changed the question behind that work. Building a successful company was no longer enough; he began looking at how he was caring for his family, his health and the responsibilities already in his hands.

Through The King's Council, he works with Christian entrepreneurs on leadership, business and stewardship. The business matters. So does the man responsible for it.

Ray Higdon

Ray Higdon

Mentor

Ray built his sales career before he built a training company. After the 2008 real estate crash, he rebuilt in network marketing and went on to found the Higdon Group, teaching the work he had learned by doing.

Today, he coaches sales professionals and leaders on approaching conversations with confidence and a clear process. His 4P Method gives that work structure, moving it beyond the pressure to simply try harder.

Ray brings the experience of both building and starting over. He understands that a man needs something he can practice when the motivation wears off.

Coach Micheal Burt

Coach Micheal Burt

Mentor

Coach Burt started on the basketball court. Years of coaching shaped his approach to developing the whole person: body, mind, heart and spirit. He later brought that experience into the business world, working with entrepreneurs and sales professionals.

He founded The Greatness Factory and created Monster Producer. In his book Flip the Switch, he explores what he calls Prey Drive — the pursuit that gets a person moving toward a goal.

His work centers on turning potential into action. Inside MMC, he is also a familiar host: men from the brotherhood have gathered at The Greatness Factory in Nashville.

They're not behind a contact form.

Every man in the brotherhood — Shield Bearer or not — can ask these men a question directly at the Founders' Table. They take turns, and they answer by name.

It's the single most unusual thing about how MMC is built, and the easiest to verify: join, ask something hard, see what comes back.
