That's a Multiplier. You don't sell MMC. You invite men into something that already changed you, and you keep showing up for them once they're in.
Most affiliate programs pay for one thing: the signup. The Brotherhood pays for three.
Being a Multiplier is a choice, not a requirement. A Shield Bearer who never refers a man belongs here just as much.

Men selected or certified as Chief Multipliers are paid for defined work they do for MMC: leading a city, a cohort, a regional event or a curriculum project.

Contribute
The Impact Pool rewards service, not signups.
Up to 10% of the Brotherhood's eligible membership revenue goes into the Impact Pool each quarter. The funded percentage is announced before the quarter starts. At the end of the quarter, the pool is divided by every verified Impact Credit the Brotherhood earned.

Credits reset every quarter. They aren't ownership or stored value, and what a credit is worth changes each quarter with how many credits the whole Brotherhood earned.

Chief Multiplier is a responsibility, not a rank.
The Leadership Service Fund pays for work performed, not for a title. A Chief Multiplier is selected or certified to lead a defined mission, and the assignment is renewed on capability, contribution and culture.

Current membership comes first. Your Shield Bearer membership has to be active and paid for every period you earn in. Not one yet? Become a Shield Bearer first.
Activate.
Join for $97 a year and sign the Multiplier Agreement at checkout. Then add your tax and payment details in your dashboard, where your link is waiting.
Invite men in.
Share your link with the men in your life. The easiest first invite is the Virtual Fire to Fire, every Thursday at 8pm ET on Zoom.
Serve and lead.
Host, guide and welcome men to earn Impact Credits. When MMC selects or certifies you for a leadership assignment, the Service Fund pays for that work.

"Do I have to be a Shield Bearer?"
Yes. Your Shield Bearer membership has to be current and paid for every period you earn in. Membership and Multiplier status are separate choices: you can be a Shield Bearer and never become a Multiplier, and that's a legitimate way to belong.
"What's the $97 for?"
It's the Affiliate Activation & Resource Package: tracking and payout administration, the referral toolkit, training, your Multiplier shirt and annual compliance recertification. It covers what it costs to support you. Nobody earns a commission on your fee, it earns no Impact Credits or Shield Points, and it doesn't buy you an earning position.
"What do I earn commission on?"
30% of the Shield Bearer membership of every paying man you personally introduce. It's paid every month for as long as both of your memberships stay eligible. If a membership is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed.
"Do I earn when the men I bring in bring in others?"
No. Direct means direct: you earn on the men you personally introduce. No title, team size or Impact Credit count raises your rate.
"How does the Impact Pool pay?"
Before each quarter, MMC announces what percentage of eligible membership revenue goes into the pool (up to 10%). During the quarter, verified service earns Impact Credits. At the end, the pool is divided by all the credits the Brotherhood earned, so the value of a credit changes every quarter. Credits reset each quarter.
"How do I become a Chief Multiplier?"
Chief Multipliers are selected or certified by MMC to lead a city, region, program, cohort, experience or project. The assignment is renewed on capability, contribution and culture, not held permanently.
"How much can I earn?"
That depends entirely on your own effort and results, so we don't promise a number. See our income disclosure.
"When do I get paid?"
Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month, once a sale is at least 45 days old. The Impact Pool is paid each quarter.
"How do I stay eligible?"
Three things, every period: an active, paid Shield Bearer membership; an active Multiplier status (the agreement, your tax and payment details, and annual recertification); and good standing, meaning no paused, suspended, delinquent or unresolved compliance status. Eligibility is maintained, not permanent. If you don’t renew your Multiplier package each year, or you cancel your Shield Bearer membership, you forfeit any and all commissions, including commissions earned but not yet paid.
"How long does my link track?"
45 days. If a man clicks your link and joins within 45 days, you get the credit. If he clicks another Multiplier's link after yours, the most recent link gets the credit.
"Can I cancel?"
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account and your Multiplier membership won't renew. Your Shield Bearer membership stays as it is. But know this before you do: If you don’t renew your Multiplier package each year, or you cancel your Shield Bearer membership, you forfeit any and all commissions, including commissions earned but not yet paid.
